I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and clean, making it a real treat after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, especially the in-room spa. However, I did notice a strong cleaning product smell that might not be for everyone, and there were some issues with the Wi-Fi and television that detracted from the experience a bit.

The rooms were gorgeous, just like the photos, featuring two bathrooms which was perfect for my family. They were clean and well-equipped, but the mildew smell in one was quite off-putting.

The front desk staff was wonderful and went out of their way to help when there were issues. However, it was frustrating that the corporate policies didn’t allow for much flexibility in handling complaints.

While I encountered issues with the check-in process and the lack of communication regarding the breakfast situation, the housekeeping staff was efficient and provided me with a workable room.
