I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and clean, making it a real treat after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, especially the in-room spa. However, I did notice a strong cleaning product smell that might not be for everyone, and there were some issues with the Wi-Fi and television that detracted from the experience a bit.

The rooms were gorgeous, just like the photos, featuring two bathrooms which was perfect for my family. They were clean and well-equipped, but the mildew smell in one was quite off-putting.

Our experience at the hotel was extremely troubling due to the unprofessional behavior of the management and a shocking incident we encountered. While the room was spacious and we appreciated having two bathrooms for our family, our overall stay was marred by the lack of communication regarding important policies.
